PRIVACY POLICY

We appreciate and protect your privacy, therefore the present Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) explicitly and transparently presents the principles of gathering and using the information applied on our website, as well as other information related to the protection of your personal data.

The policy regulates the cases where you visit our website, contact us regarding purchase of goods and services, ask us actual information, order our newsletters. The present Policy also is intended to notice you of your personal data processing operations.

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (No 2016/679), the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data, the Republic of Lithuania Law on Electronic Communication, and other related legislation.

THE PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

In order to ensure transparency and responsible processing of personal data, we notice that personal data may be processed for the following lawful purposes:

  • providing services in order to conclude and exercise agreements, to administer customer database, including administration of customer claims;
  • to communicate with customers, to reply for asked questions,
  • to ensure accurate and updated information,
  • for direct marketing purposes, i.e. for submission offers, special offers, discounts, including newsletters;
  • to contact customers when purchased goods were forgotten or any inefficiencies related to the executed transactions were found out.

 

CATEGORIES OF GATHERED PERSONAL DATA

We gather and process personal data of the following categories:

  • main data that are necessary and compulsory for achievement of the aforementioned purposes: name, surname, date of birth, contact data, telephone number, email, etc.;
  • data that are necessary for provision of services or sale of goods: data on order, account information, data related to payments, etc.;
  • data on use of services, for example, scope of use of service, data gathered using cookies or other similar technologies, etc.;
  • data fixed in call records when you call by our telephone number or receive a call from our employees or representatives;
  • Data provided through promotional messages and offers from social networking account of AUDRINETA on Facebook. By filling out the form of AUDRINETA account on Facebook, entering the data requested in the message or offer, i.e. by submitting your personal data, you express the consent for using your personal data in the relevant message and for the purposes of personal data processing specified in this Policy. Personal data collected through Facebook platform for direct marketing purposes is handled only if you express your consent to receive newsletters, offers or other promotional material;
  • other data that are gathered with your consent and that are defined in detail when you are asked the consent.

 

LEGAL BASIS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We gather and process your personal data only in accordance with the basis of legal processing established in legislation such as the legal basis of conclusion or execution of agreement when you conclude the agreement with us. Personal data may be also processed with your consent (e.g. for direct marketing purpose). Your consent must be clearly expressed, voluntary, comprehensibly laid down and must contain the purpose for which the data are used. We are entitled to process your personal data also while the fulfilling legal obligations (in order to fulfil requirements of regulatory acts, to give replies to lawful inquiries of the state and municipalities, etc.) or on other legal processing basis established in legislation.

TERM OF DATA STORAGE

We store your personal data not longer than the purposes of data processing require or legislation provides where it defines longer term for data storage. Personal data are usually stored so long as reasoned requirements may arise of contractual relations or so long as it is necessary for implementation and protection of our legitimate interests. Unnecessary personal data are destroyed.

 

DATA TRANSFER

Processing your data, we undertake to follow confidentiality. Such obligation arises of provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, the Republic of Lithuania Civil Code, and the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data. Information may be disclosed to other parties if it is necessary for conclusion or execution of agreement, or due to other lawful reasons and only subject to presence of legal basis of such disclosure. Information may be given to other parties on request of personal data subject in consideration of contractual obligations to other parties, e.g. leasing company, bank or other financial institution.

We may assign processing of your personal data to other processors (service providers) providing us services (performing works) and processing personal data on behalf of our company that acts as the controller. We are entitled to provide such data to:

  • processors performing us relevant works and providing services (intermediaries processing data in order to conclude and administer agreements with customers; IT companies processing data in order to ensure development, improvement and support of information systems; companies that ensure sending messages (newsletters) to customers, provide protection and other services).
  • companies maintaining debtors’ databases and administering debts;
  • courts, enforcement authorities or state institutions to the scope established by requirements of legislation and only subject to presence of legal basis;

Gathered data are responsibly stored by us from loss, forbidden use or amendment. The premises, where gathered data have being stored, are physically protected from access of unauthorized persons. Furthermore, visitors’ data are saved in database that is protected from forbidden access through a computer network.

NEWSLETTERS

Entering your email address on our website, you may order newsletters that will allow firstly to know special offers and news.

After ordering the newsletter, we will use your email address only with your consent that may be revoked by you at any time. We are entitled to transfer your email address to third persons that provide specialized advertising services only in order to send you the newsletter intended to you.

  • receive your personal data, which you have provided to our company, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller or to require the transmission of such personal data to another controller, where technically feasible (right to data portability).
